Reporting a problem with a game

Like any software, the generators can have bugs. To make a problem easy to reproduce, please include:

• Which tool you used: the bingo generator, the word search maker, the caller or a themed page.
• The share link for the game. It contains the word list, the settings and the seed, so we can rebuild exactly the cards or grid you saw. (Anyone with the link can see the list, so don't send one that contains private information.)
• What you expected and what you got: for example "cards 7 and 19 have the same words", or "the word TIGER appears twice in the grid".
• For a printing problem, whether it was the PDF or the browser's print, and the paper size and cards-per-page setting.
• Your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".

Corrections to the guides and word lists

If a number in a guide is wrong, or a themed list has a mistake (a misspelled word, an item that doesn't belong, a near-duplicate), tell us which page and which item. Confirmed corrections are listed in the changelog.

Suggesting a theme

New themes are welcome. The most useful suggestion is the list itself: forty-eight or more squares for bingo, or fifteen to twenty words for a word search, with a sentence about the occasion and how the game is played there. Lists that are already in use at real events or in real lessons are the ones most likely to be added.
